No-cook, No-hassle, bagel bar for our baby shower guests. We ordered bagels, freshly-baked from my favorite shop, The Bagel Hole (which is located in our new home-to-be, Princeton, NJ). Along with salmon & lox, proscuitto & salami, and various veggies. 4 spreads made in-house at the Bagel Hole: plain, walnut & raisin, lox, and vegetable. And, I threw together a bow-tie pasta salad (my usual for potlucks and large crowds): shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, asparagus, mixed greens, topped with pecorino romano and edible flowers.
Unfortunately, not shown are the bacon-on-sticks! We had extra-thick smoked bacon baked on skewers, and since we were too busy eating them, they never made it to the photo!
